摘要
目的探讨康复新液联合美沙拉嗪对老年溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗效果、不良反应及炎症反应的影响。方法选择106例老年溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组53例。对照组采用常规对症治疗与美沙拉嗪治疗,研究组在此基础上应用康复新液治疗。比较2组临床疗效、不良反应、治疗前后炎症因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-23(IL-23)与白细胞介素-17(IL-17)]水平以及6个月内疾病复发情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.23%,高于对照组的83.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-23和IL-17水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组6个月内复发率为7.55%,低于对照组的22.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康新复液联合美沙拉嗪治疗老年溃疡性结肠炎患者疗效确切,可有效缓解炎症反应,降低复发率,安全可靠。
Objective To explore the effects of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with mesalazine on therapeutic effect,adverse reactions and inflammatory reactions in elderly patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 106 elderly patients with ulcerative colitis were selected as study objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=53)was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment and mesalazine,and the study group(n=53)was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid on basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,levels of inflammatory factors[hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-23(IL-23)and interleukin-17(IL-17)]before and after treatment,and the recurrence of the disease within 6 months were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.23%,which was significantly higher than 83.02%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-23 and IL-17 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The recurrence rate of the study group within 6 months was 7.55%,which was significantly lower than 22.64%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid combined with mesalazine is effective,safe and reliable in the treatment of elderly patients with ulcerative colitis,and can effectively relieve the inflammatory response,and reduce the re-occurrence rate.
