摘要
目的观察中药穴位贴敷辅助雾化吸入药物治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选择2019年1月-2020年1月于我中心进行治疗的98例小儿喘息性支气管炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为5组。所有患者均行对症治疗,A组(20例)给予中药穴位贴敷;B组(19例)给予盐酸氨溴索+地塞米松雾化吸入;C组(19例)给予吸入用布地奈德混悬液+硫酸特布他林雾化液+吸入用异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入;D组(20例)在B组基础上辅以中药穴位贴敷;E组(20例)在C组的基础上辅以中药穴位贴敷。观察5组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、6个月内疾病复发情况及不良反应。结果 A、B、C、D组临床总有效率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),E组临床总有效率显著高于A、B、C、D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B、C、D组临床症状消失时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),E组喘息、咳嗽及肺哮鸣音消失时间均短于A、B、C、D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。E组疾病复发率、不良反应率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),E组不良反应发生率显著低于A、B、C、D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷辅助雾化吸入药物治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎可明显缩短患儿临床症状消失时间,降低不良反应发生率及疾病复发率,具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application of Chinese medicine assisted by inhalation of inhalation drugs on children with asthmatic bronchitis. Methods A total of 98 pediatric patients with asthmatic bronchitis treated in our center from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research object,and were divided into 5 groups using the random number table method. All patients were treated symptomatically. Group A(20 cases)were given Chinese medicine acupoint application,group B(19 cases)were given ambroxol hydrochloride+ dexamethasone inhalation;Group C(19 cases) were given budesonide for inhalation Suspension + nebulized solution of terbutaline sulfate + inhaled ipratropium bromide solution for inhalation;Group D(20 cases) was supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine point application on the basis of Group B;Group E(20 cases)Group C is supplemented with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine. Observe the clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,disease recurrence and adverse reactions within 6 months in five groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total clinical effective rates of groups A,B,C,and D(χ~2=1.611,P=0.657). The total clinical effective rate of group E was significantly higher than that of groups A,B,C,and D. Statistical significance (χ~2=10.243,P=0.037);). Conclusion Acupoint application of Chinese herbal medicine assisted with aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis can significantly shorten the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and the rate of disease recurrence,and have a good clinical effect.
