摘要
通过对本科毕业生和用人单位的调研,从供需双方匹配的视角,明确本科毕业生就业所需的能力。研究发现本科毕业生对责任心、个人性格、学习能力、团队合作和思想素养等就业能力重视不够,用人单位对本科毕业生的创新能力、办公技能、外语能力、适应能力、专业知识、学习能力、沟通表达、责任心、个人性格和思想素养等指标满意程度相对较低。本科毕业生就业能力与用人单位相匹配,需要从供需双方多层次对接、建立全过程就业指导机制和探索战略合作校企互动来实现。
A survey study was conducted among undergraduate graduates and employers with an intended purpose to gain a clear understanding of the employability of undergraduate graduates from the perspective of matching supply with demand. The study showed that undergraduate graduates underestimated their employability, including sense of responsibility, personal character, learning ability, teamwork and ideological accomplishment. Employers were, however, relatively less satisfied with the innovation ability, office skills, foreign language ability, adaptability, professional knowledge, learning ability, communication and expression, sense of responsibility, personal character and ideological accomplishment of undergraduate graduates. As such, to match the employability of undergraduate graduates with employers requires multi-level docking between universities and employers, establishment of employment guidance mechanism in the whole process and strategic cooperation between universities and enterprises.
