摘要
供给侧改革背景下,地方高校毕业生在供给数量、供给匹配以及供给品质等方面出现了新的变化,有必要从供给侧改革角度探讨如何改善大学生就业,并提出相应可具操作性措施,以求进一步完善地方高校人才培养制度,提升毕业生就业水平。具体措施包括:结合区域和地方经济发展特点,找准自身的发展定位;根据需求合理化设置专业,通过调整课程体系和培养计划强化特色人才培养;优化高等教育供给内容,增强毕业生就业竞争力;丰富实践培养内容,多级联动加强就业引导。
Under the background of supply-side reform, there are new changes in the supply quantity, supply matching and supply quality of local college graduates. It is necessary to discuss how to improve the employment of college students from the perspective of supply-side reform, and put forward corresponding operational measures, so as to further improve the talent training system of local colleges, and improve the employment level of graduates. The specific measures include: combining the characteristics of regional and local economic development, finding out the development orientation of itself;rationalizing the professional setting according to the demand, strengthening the training of characteristic talents by adjusting the curriculum system and training plan;optimizing the supply content of higher education, enhancing the competitiveness of graduates in employment;enriching the practical training content, and strengthening the employment guidance through multi-level linkage.
