摘要
“互联网+”时代和新一轮科技革命为创新型人才培养提出了更高的要求。为提升人才创新能力培养质量,该文打造了面向创新创业、科学研究、产业实践的“产-学-研-用-赛”五位一体的人才培养模式。该文从课程出发,以《机器人概论与实践》课程为例,从创新人才培养目标、教师队伍、教学资源、教学方式、能力评价、课程思政等培养模式全流程进行了深入的研究与实践。该文还展示了创新人才培养模式的实施效果,以期能形成可推广复制的人才培养模式范例,为不同类型人才创新能力的培养提供参考。
Internet+era and a new round of scientific and technological revolution put forward higher requirements for the training of innovative talents.In order to improve the talents’innovation ability,the paper creates a five-in-one talent training mode of production-learning-research-application-competition.This paper takes the course Introduction to Robot and Practice as an example to conduct in-depth research and practice from the whole process of cultivating innovative talents,teachers,teaching resources,teaching methods,ability evaluation,curriculum politics,etc.The paper also shows the outcome of the innovative talent training mode in order to form a model of talent training that can be promoted and copied,and provide reference for the training of different types of talent innovation ability.
