摘要
随着市场经济的发展和我国高职院校招生规模的日益扩充,高职学生就业困难日益凸显,这对高职学生的就业能力提出了更高的要求和挑战,因此,提高高职学生就业能力迫在眉睫。本文基于"卓越校"建设背景下高职学生非专业就业能力的研究背景,通过"卓越校"建设背景下高职学生非专业就业能力问卷分析,得出"卓越校"建设背景下高职学生非专业就业能力培育的启示。
With the development of market economy and the expansion of the enrollment scale of higher vocational colleges in China,the employment difficulty of higher vocational students is increasingly prominent,which puts forward higher requirements and challenges to the employment ability of higher vocational students.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to improve the employment ability of higher vocational students.Based on the research background of non-professional employment ability of higher vocational students under the background of'excellent school'construction,this paper analyzes the non-professional employment ability of higher vocational students under the background of'excellent school'construction,and obtains the enlightenment of the cultivation of non-professional employment ability of higher vocational students under the background of'excellent school'construction.
