摘要
以连续聚合生产的原位聚合原液着色黑色聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)为原料,通过熔体直纺生产原位聚合原液着色黑色PET细旦长丝,研究了熔体直纺工艺、拉伸与加弹后加工工艺对原位聚合原液着色黑色PET细旦长丝性能的影响。结果表明:连续聚合生产的原位聚合原液着色黑色PET中着色剂炭黑呈亚微米级高度均匀分散,且与PET基体具有良好的界面相容性;原位聚合原液着色黑色PET熔体为假塑性非牛顿流体,其对剪切速率的依赖性高于PET熔体;连续聚合生产的原位聚合原液着色黑色PET熔体具有良好的细旦长丝直接纺丝性能,直纺生产规格为135 dtex/144 f的细旦预取向丝的断裂强度为2.49 cN/dtex、断裂伸长率为152.2%,其经加弹后加工制备的单丝线密度为0.58 dtex的超细旦假捻变形丝的断裂强度为3.67 cN/dtex、断裂伸长率为28.1%、色度L值为19.7。
Using in-situ polymerized dope-dyed black polyethylene terephthalate(PET)prepared by continuous polymerization as raw material,in-situ polymerized dope-dyed black PET fine denier filament was prepared by melt direct spinning process.The effects of melt direct spinning process,drawing process and texturing process on the properties of the in-situ polymerized dope-dyed black PET fine denier filament were investigated.The results showed that the colorant carbon black was highly dispersed in submicron scale and had good interfacial compatibility with PET matrix in the in-situ polymerized dope-dyed black PET produced by continuous polymerization;the in-situ polymerized dope-dyed black PET melt was a pseudoplastic non-Newtonian fluid,and was more dependent on shear rate as compared with PET melt;the in-situ polymerized dope-dyed black PET melt produced by continuous polymerization had good direct spinning performance of fine filaments,135 dtex/144 f fine denier pre-oriented yarn produced by direct spinning had the breaking strength and elongation at break of 2.49 cN/dtex and 152.2%,respectively,and was produced into an ultrafine draw textured yarn with a monofilament linear density of 0.58 dtex by false-twist texturing process,which had a breaking strength,elongation at break and hue L value of 3.67 cN/dtex,28.1%and 19.7,respectively.
