摘要
对167dtex/144fFDY长丝的生产进行了理论分析和实践。结果表明通过选择合适的喷丝板、上油方式、卷绕速度和热辊温度等工艺条件,可以成功地解决生产状况不稳定、条干不匀率高和染色等级品率较低的问题。
Theoretical analysis and production practice were carried out on the development of 167 dtex/144f FDY.The results show that by selecting the technology condition such as the suitable spinneret,oiling style,winding speed and hot roll temperature,the problems of unsteady production conditions,high yarn irregularity,low grade dyeing product rate were solved successfully.
