摘要 通过理论计算和试验,探索了55.5 dtex/144 f涤纶预取向丝(POY)的卷装成型工艺,为设计其他超细旦多孔品种的成型工艺提供借鉴。设计55.5 dtex/144 f的POY的成型工艺首先要计算其极限卷装密度和丝饼直径,实际生产中都应小于理论值。卷绕张力、锭重、卷绕角、接触压力、卷绕模式对丝饼成型有重要影响。统计分析可知:当卷绕张力为14 N左右、锭重为15 kg、卷绕角初始角度设置在5°~6°之间时,卷装较小时卷绕角随着直径的增大而增加;当直径达到175 mm以后,卷绕角随着卷装的增大逐渐变小,至满卷时回到初始角度。选择接触压力时,空管时压力为240 N,直径在145 mm之前接触压力为200 N,直径在145 mm以后接触压力为220 N。为防止叠丝,采用多精密卷绕模式配合分段卷绕角的方式,可以获得良好成型,满足高速退绕要求。 Through theoreticalcal culation and experimental methods,the package forming process of 55.5 dtex/144 f polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY)was explored,which provided a reference for designing the formingprocess of other varieties of ultra-fine denier multifilament yarn.To design the forming process of 55.5 dtex/144 f POY,first calculate its limit package density and package diameter,which should be less than the theo-retical value in actual production.Winding tension,package weight,winding angle,contact pressure,andwinding mode have an important influence on the package forming.The statistical analysis shows that whenthe winding tension is about 14 N,the package weight is 15 kg,and the initial winding angle is set between5°~6°,the winding angle increases with the increase of the diameter for small packages.After the diameterreaches 175 mm,the winding angle gradually decreases with the increase of the package,and returns to theinitial angle when it is full.The pressure is 240 N when the tube is empty,the contact pressure is 200 N be-fore the diameter is 145 mm,and the contact pressure is 220 N after the diameter is 145 mm.The multi preci-sion winding mode combined filament sectional winding angle can be used to prevent filament stacking,which can achieve good forming and meet the requirements of high-speed unwinding.
