摘要
聚酯是合成纤维中最重要的一类高分子材料。深入、定量地研究有机溶剂-聚酯体系的热力学性质及其作用规律,对发展以溶剂为介质的染整加工工艺以及聚酯的改性、新品种的开发,有着重要的现实意义。例如,用二甲基甲酰胺处理PET纤维,可使PET纤维具有真丝的光泽和风格,并能显著改善其可染性。
Flory-huggins xi parametes, weight fraction activity coefficients (a1/W1)∞and partial molar free energies of mixing (△G1∞)for a wide variety of solvents in PET at 170°C have been determined by gas chromatography. Based on these results, the thermodynamic properties of interaction between solvent and PET have been discussed.
