摘要
现代综合医院项目的复杂性使建设与管理过程面临挑战,精益建造的流程管理技术有助于解决工程项目的复杂性问题和改善绩效。依据访谈和扎根理论的数据处理方法,识别出医院项目建造过程中的8个浪费范畴,并提炼出流程间关联缺失、计划与协调不足、建造流程中断三大主范畴。结合现代综合医院项目的特点,构建了基于精益建造的“浪费识别-流程优化”模型,提出了现代综合医院项目的里程碑建造主线流程优化、专业工程穿插流程优化、医疗专业设备流程优化、以及工作流的可靠性改善4个方面的流程优化建议。通过案例项目的现场调研和专题研讨,初步验证了流程优化成果的有效性和可操作性。
The complexity of modern general hospital projects makes the construction and management process challenging,and flow management techniques for lean construction can help address the complexity and improve performance. Based on the interviews and the data processing method of grounded theory,eight waste categories in the construction process of hospital projects were identified. Three main categories including lack of inter-process linkage,inadequate planning and coordination,and construction process disruption were extracted. A "waste identification-process optimization" model based on lean construction was constructed combining the characteristics of modern general hospital projects. Four process optimization suggestions were made,including optimization of the major milestone construction process,the interspersed professional engineering process,the medical professional equipment process,and the improvement of workflow reliability. Through on-site survey and seminars of the case project, the effectiveness and operability of the process optimization results were initially verified.
