摘要
为解决建筑业现存的诸多问题,规范企业施工生产工艺、提升企业建造能力及建筑业整体水平,开展工程项目精益建造管理水平评价研究。基于TFV理论分析了精益建造管理的内涵和内容,归纳了精益质量管理、精益成本管理、精益工期管理、精益安全管理、精益组织管理包含的精益建造管理工具,根据精益建造管理内容和工具构建了工程项目精益建造管理水平评价指标体系,分析了工程项目精益建造管理水平评价指标体系的ANP结构,通过专家咨询和Super Decisions软件分析确定了各指标权重,采用模糊综合法开展了工程项目精益建造管理水平评价,通过实证检验了该评价方法的可行性。
The method for evaluating lean construction management level of engineering projects is explored in order to standardize the construction process and improve the construction ability as well as the overall level of the construction industry. The implications and content of lean construction management is analyzed based on TFV theory. The lean construction management tools including lean quality management, lean cost management, lean schedule management, lean safety management and lean organization management are summarized respectively. The evaluation index system of lean construction management level is established according to lean construction management content and tools. The ANP structure of evaluation index system for the lean construction of engineering projects is analyzed through Analytic Network Process (ANP) . Super Decisions software is used to calculate the weight of each index. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the lean construction management level of engineering projects. The feasibility of this method for evaluating the lean construction management level of engineering project is verified based on empirical study.
