摘要
传统的项目流程管理很难适用于专业工程复杂,功能单元多,专业设备量大的现代综合医院项目。通过线上调研问卷及案例分析等方法,分析识别现代综合医院项目精益建造流程管理关键影响因素,构建现代综合医院精益建造流程管理框架,探索流程设计、流程运行、流程优化的流程管理路径,基于全生命周期医院建造流程,提炼出“医疗专项主线”、“设备容缺”、“功能单元循环”三大流程运行方法。
Traditional project process management is difficult to apply to modern general hospital projects with complex professional engineering,many functional units,and a large amount of professional equipment.This paper analyzes and identifies the lean construction process management of modern general hospital projects through online survey questionnaires and case analysis methods.Key influencing factors,build a modern general hospital lean construction process management framework,explore process management paths for process design,process operation,and process optimization,based on the whole life cycle hospital construction process,extract“medical special main line”,“equipment tolerance”,“functional unit cycle”three process operation methods.
