摘要
鉴于医院建设项目的复杂性,为了有效保证进度目标的实现,有必要以“流程”作为管理对象,通过“流动的线”将各项业务及管理活动串起来进行管理。本文在阐释医院建设项目流程管理内涵的基础上,提出按照需求牵引、界面重置、流程梳理、WBS优化进行流程管理的思路及实施要点,以期为现代综合医院项目管理水平和建造效率提升提供参考。
In view of the complexity of hospital construction projects,in order to effectively ensure the realization of progress objectives,it is necessary to take “process” as the management object and connect various businesses and management activities through “mobile line” for management.On the basis of explaining the connotation of hospital construction project process management,this paper puts forward the ideas and implementation points of process management according to demand traction,interface reset,process combing and WBS optimization,in order to provide reference for management level and construction efficiency improvement of modern general hospital project.
