摘要
【目的】观察腕针配合中药封包热敷治疗胆囊结石术后胃肠功能紊乱的临床疗效。【方法】将80例胆囊结石术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予术后常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,给予腕针配合中药封包热敷治疗。连续治疗7 d。治疗7 d后,评价2组临床疗效,观察2组患者术后首次排便时间、首次排气时间及肠鸣音恢复的时间,以及治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分(PSQI)的变化情况。比较2组患者术前与术后胃泌素、胃动素水平的变化情况。并观察2组患者术后并发症的发生情况。【结果】(1)观察组患者的首次排便时间、首次排气时间及肠鸣音恢复时间均明显缩短,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的PSQI评分明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善PSQI评分方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)术后3、5 d,2组患者的胃泌素、胃动素水平均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善胃泌素、胃动素水平方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)观察组总有效率为97.50%(39/40),对照组为80.00%(32/40)。观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(5)观察组便秘、腹胀、腹泻等并发症发生率均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】腕针配合中药封包热敷治疗胆囊结石术后胃肠功能紊乱,能明显改善患者术后的胃肠功能及睡眠质量,降低术后并发症的发生,对术后患者的预后康复有益。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of wrist acupuncture combined with heated Chinese medicine package in treating gastrointestinal dysfunction after cholecystectomy.Methods Eighty cases of post-operative cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given post-operative conventional treatment,while the observation group was given wrist acupuncture combined with heated Chinese medicine package on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The treatments lasted for consecutive 7 days.After 7 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the time of first defecation,time of first exhaustion and time of recovery of bowel sounds,as well as the changes in the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score were observed before and after treatment.The changes in gastrin and motilin levels between the two groups of patients were compared before and after surgery,and the occurrence of postoperative complications in the two groups of patients was observed.Results(1)In the observation group,the time of first defecation,the time of first exhaustion and the time of recovery of bowel sounds were all significantly shortened,and the differences were statistically significant when compared with the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the PSQI scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in improving the PSQI scores,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)At 3 and 5 days after surgery,the levels of gastrin and motilin in both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in improving the levels of gastrin and motilin,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%(39/40)and that of the control group was 80.00%(32/40).The efficacy of the observation group
