摘要 成人终身学习是我国教育现代化的重要增长极,也是教育改革的重大实践命题。知识观关乎教育实践的根本性和基础性认识问题,而传统知识观在知识价值、知识形态、知识生产与传播、知识组织上的局限,已成为制约成人终身学习创新发展的主要原因。从人类知识观发展脉络来看,其经历了强调知识的客观属性、社会属性以及网络属性的三个阶段。强调知识网络属性的新知识观,其核心要义和创新价值集中体现在:知识从精加工的符号化信息回归为全部的人类智慧,其体现出的知识全谱系特征为破解成人终身学习在标准化资源供给与个性化学习需要上的矛盾提供了新思路;互联网环境中涌现出网络化知识新形态,以及伴随而生的联通主义学习为成人终身学习提供了新途径;知识生产与传播过程相融合大幅加速了知识的更新与流动,其孕育出的在线社区型课程能有效满足成人动态变化的学习需求;互联网环境中知识组织方式从以学科为线索转向以问题为线索,为破解高度综合社会实践与成人终身学习分科培养间的矛盾提供了抓手。构建服务全民终身学习的教育体系首先要树立新的知识观,并以此为成人终身学习领域的创新发展提供新动能。 Adult lifelong learning is the most important part of modern education in China and the biggest challenge for education innovation. The concept of knowledge is related to the fundamental understanding of educational practice. However, the traditional epistemology in terms of knowledge value, knowledge forms,knowledge production and dissemination and knowledge organization has become major constraints on the development of lifelong adult learning. From the perspective of the essential properties of knowledge, the historical trend of knowledge view has developed through three stages, emphasizing objective, social and network properties respectively. The core thought of the new concept of knowledge and the important guidance for adult lifelong learning in the Internet era are as follows. Knowledge returns from refined, symbolic information to total human wisdom, and the integrity of knowledge provides innovative ideas for resolving the contradiction between the supply of standardized resources and the personalized needs in adult lifelong learning. The emergence of new knowledge form and connectivist learning in the internet environment provides innovative ways for adult lifelong learning. The integration of knowledge production and dissemination accelerates the renewal and flow of knowledge, giving rise to online community-based courses that effectively meet the dynamic learning needs of adults. The shift from a subject-based to a problem-based organization of knowledge in the Internet environment provides a solution to the contradiction between a highly integrated social practice and the sub-disciplinary training of adults for lifelong learning. Fostering new concept of knowledge is paramount for establishing the modern education system of lifelong learning and it in this way empowers practical innovation of adult lifelong learning.
