喷施亚精胺对淹水胁迫下福建山樱花幼苗生理特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为解决福建山樱花种植过程中因土壤水分过多导致其生长不良或死亡的问题,以福建山樱花实生幼苗为材料,设置对照(正常管理,不进行淹水胁迫)、淹水胁迫(水位高于基质2 cm)和淹水胁迫(水位高于基质2 cm)+喷施亚精胺等3种处理,探究喷施亚精胺对福建山樱花幼苗淹水胁迫的缓解作用。结果表明:淹水胁迫下喷施亚精胺能在一定程度上提高福建山樱花叶片过氧化物酶活性,降低丙二醛、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量,减小膜损伤,同时减缓叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量的下降速度。说明喷施亚精胺可以缓解淹水胁迫对福建山樱花的伤害。 In order to solve the problem of poor growth and death of Cerasus campanulata due to excessive soil moisture during the planting process.In this study,C.campanulata seedlings were used as materials,and three treatments were set up including the control group(normal maintenance without flooding stress),the flooding stress(the water level was 2 cm higher than the substrate),and the flooding stress+spraying spermidine(the water level was 2 cm higher than the substrate),to investigate the alleviating effect of spermidine on flooding stress in C.campanulata seedlings.The results showed that spraying spermidine under flooding stress could increase the peroxidase activity of leaves to a certain extent,reduce the content of malondialdehyde,soluble sugar and soluble protein,and reduce membrane damage.At the same time,the decline rate of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,and carotenoid were slowed down,indicating that spraying spermidine could alleviate the damage of C.campanulata under flooding stress.
