玉米苗期耐涝渍胁迫生理基础浅析 被引量:2

摘要 玉米苗期是涝渍灾害发生最严重的时期。涝渍胁迫抑制玉米幼苗根系的生长,从而间接对地上部造成影响,导致幼苗株高、鲜重、干重降低,光合作用受到抑制。玉米幼苗可通过一系列生理生化响应机制来适应涝渍胁迫,包括渗透调节和抗氧化物酶系统调节等。本文从形态特征、理化特性以及生理指标鉴定等方面综述玉米苗期涝渍胁迫生理基础研究进展,可为玉米耐涝品种的利用和选育提供参考。 Abstact Seedling stage is the most serious period of waterlogging disasters of maize. Waterlogging inhibited the growth of maize seedling roots, and thus indirectly affected the shoots, resulting in plant height, fresh weight, dry weight decreased and photosynthesis decreased. Maize seedlings can adapt to waterlogging through a series of physiological and biochemical response mechanisms, includ- ing osmotic adjustment and antioxidant enzyme system regulation. This paper summarizes the re- search progress of physiological basis of maize seedling waterlogging from the aspects of morphological characteristics, physical and chemical characteristics and identification of physiological indexes, which can provide reference for the utilization and breeding of maize waterlogging varieties.
