摘要
[目的]探究茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)对黄瓜花叶病毒介导藜的抗病生理反应的影响。[方法]采用MeJA及其抑制剂没食子酸丙酯(PG)预处理藜叶片后,分别接种黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV),并于接种0、1、3、5、7、9d后测定其叶中H_2O_2质量分数、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性等生理指标的变化。[结果]与对照相比,MeJA处理的接种藜叶POD活性前期降低,中后期逐渐升高,CAT、SOD活力与POD相反。接种CMV后,MeJA能提高相关抗氧化物酶的活性,其抑制剂PG处理后对MeJA所调控的氧化酶活性具有一定的抑制作用。[结论]MeJA对藜抗CMV有一定的促进作用。
[Objective]The aim was to find out the effect of Methyl jasmonate (MeJA) on Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV)-mediated physio-logical responses in Chenopodium album.[ Method] The leaves of Chenopodium album were pretreated with either MeJA or its inhibitor gallic acid propyl gallate (PG), and then were infected by CMV for 0, 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 d.After collecting the leaves samples, the contents of H2 O2 content and activities of the antioxidant enzymes including CAT, SOD and POD activity were determined.[ Result] Compared to controls, POD activity was suppressed by MeJA pretreatment at the beginning, and went up gradually afterwards,while CAT and SOD activity in contrast to the POD.Furthermore, after inoculation with CMV, activities of the antioxidant enzymes pretreated with MeJA were significantly enhanced, whereas they were suppressed as pretreated with the inhibitor PG.[ Conclusion] MeJA plays positive role in physiological resistance of Chenop-odium album against CMV.
