摘要
过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性均与烟草品种抗野火病呈正相关。抗感品种健康植株的多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶活性差异不显著,苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性差异显著。抗感品种接种后POD活性在12,16d出现两次高峰,PPO活性在10,14d出现两次高峰,PAL活性在10,16d出现两次高峰。
The activity of POD, PPO and PAL had close relation with the resistant or susceptible squash cuhivars.The activity of POD and PPO wasn't distinctly different between the healthy leaves of resistant cultivars and the susceptible one, and the activity of PAL was distinctly different. The activity of POD emerged three higher points inl2, 16 d after inoculation, the activity of PPO emerged two in 10, 14 d after inoculation., the activity of PAL emerged two in 10, 16 d after inoculation.
