摘要
试验旨在研究锤片式粉碎机的不同筛孔直径对云南玉米粉碎粒度及粒度分布的影响。采用单因素试验设计,设置筛孔直径分别为2.0、4.5、7.0 mm,对云南玉米进行粉碎,测定粉碎样品的粒度。结果显示:当筛孔直径为2.0 mm时,粉碎云南玉米的几何平均直径(d_(gw))、重量几何标准差(S_(gw))分别为844.50、1.89μm,筛孔直径为4.5 mm时,粉碎云南玉米的d_(gw)、S_(gw)分别为1056.89、2.04μm,筛孔直径为7.0 mm时,粉碎云南玉米的d_(gw)、S_(gw)分别为1355.04、2.22μm。研究表明,玉米颗粒经锤片式粉碎机粉碎后形状不规则,当筛孔直径增大时,玉米粉碎后的大颗粒比例增高,d_(gw)随筛孔增大而增大,S_(gw)随着筛孔增大而增大。
The experiment was to study the effect of different sieve diameters of hammer mill on particle size and particle size distribution of Yunnan corn.A single factor experimental design was adopted,and the sieve diameters were set to 2.04.5 and 7.0 mm,respectively.Yunnan corn was crushed,and the particle size of the crushed samples was determined.The results showed that when the sieve diameter was 2.0 mm,the geometric mean diameter(d_(gw))and geometric standard deviation(S_(gw))of crushed Yunnan corn were 844.50 and 1.89μm,respectively.When the sieve diameter was 4.5 mm,the d_(gw)and S_(gw)of crushed Yunnan corn were 1056.89 and 2.04μm,respectively.When the sieve diameter was 7.0 mm,d_(gw)and S_(gw)of Yunnan corn were 1355.04 and 2.22μm,respectively.The study indicates that the shape of corn particles is irregular after being crushed by hammer mill.When the diameter of sieve hole increases,the proportion of large particles increases,d_(gw)increases with the increase of sieve hole,and S_(gw)increases with the increase of sieve hole.
