锤片粉碎机对玉米粉碎粒度及粒度分布的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 试验针对目前饲料企业使用较多的锤片粉碎机,开展玉米粉碎工艺研究。不同处理组粉碎后的云南玉米采用BT-2900动态颗粒图像分析仪进行粒度测定与分析,通过极差与方差分析方法确定玉米的最佳粉碎工艺参数。结果显示:获取最大重量几何平均直径的最适工艺条件为线速度55 m/s、锤筛间隙12 mm、锤片数量8片、锤片厚度2 mm。使粉碎粒度更均匀、更集中分布在目标区间内,最适工艺条件为线速度85 m/s、锤筛间隙9 mm、锤片数量16片,锤片厚度3 mm。研究表明,锤片末端线速度是影响玉米粉碎粒度及其均匀性的首要因素,随着锤片末端线速度增加,粉碎粒度的重量几何平均直径和重量几何标准差显著降低,目标区间占比显著提高。 The experiment aimed at the hammer mill,which is widely used in feed enterprises at present,to carry out the research on corn crushing technology.The BT-2900 dynamic particle image analyzer was used to determine and analyze the particle size of Yunnan maize after being crushed by different treatment groups.The best milling process parameters of maize were determined by range and variance analysis.The results showed that the optimum technological conditions for obtaining the maximum weight geometric mean diameter were linear velocity 55 m/s,hammer screen clearance 12 mm,number of hammers 8,and hammer thickness 2 mm.The grinding particle size would be more uniform and concentrated in the target range.The optimal process conditions were linear speed 85 m/s,hammer screen clearance 9 mm,number of hammers 16,and hammer thickness 3 mm.The study indicates that the linear velocity at the end of the hammer was the primary factor affecting the grain size and uniformity of corn crushing.With the increase of the linear velocity at the end of the hammer,the geometric mean diameter and geometric standard deviation of the weight of the comminution particle size are significantly decreased,and the proportion of the target interval is significantly increased.
