摘要
目的研究分析在骨折术后患者的临床护理中应用中医护理的作用效果。方法选择在医院接受骨折手术治疗的60例患者,入院时间2018年5月—2021年8月,按照随机抽签法分为两组,即观察组(实施中医护理)和对照组(实施常规护理),两组的研究对象均有30例。比较两组患者护理前后的SAS、SDS评分,并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组和对照组在护理前的SAS、SDS评分纳入统计学软件中分析计算,差异较小(P>0.05);但是两组在经过护理后,上述指标均呈现出下降趋势,并且观察组的SAS评分(32.19±3.85)分、SDS评分(34.88±2.06)分要明显低于对照组(41.63±2.76)分、(39.87±3.05)分(P<0.05);观察组和对照组在护理过程中均出现了不同程度的并发症,其中观察组共有2例患者出现并发症,发生率为6.67%,而对照组有8例患者出现并发症,发生率为26.67%,前者要明显低于后者(P<0.05);并且两组患者的护理满意度进行对比分析后发现,观察组共有29例患者对本次护理服务感到满意,总满意度为96.67%,而对照组患者仅有24例患者感到满意,总满意度为80.00%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在骨折术后患者的临床护理中,应用中医护理干预取得了理想效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of applying traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical nursing of patients after fracture surgery.Methods Sixty patients in our hospital who underwent surgical treatment of fractures were selected as the subjects of this study.They were admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to August 2021.They were divided into two groups according to a random lottery method,namely the observation group(implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing)And the control group(implementing routine care),there are 30 subjects in both groups.The SAS and SDS scores before and after nursing,the occurrence of complications and the satisfaction of nursing care of the two groups were compared.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group and the control group before nursing were analyzed and calculated in the statistical software,and the difference was small(P>0.05);but after the nursing,the above indicators showed a downward trend,and the observation The SAS score(32.19±3.85)and SDS score(34.88±2.06)of the group were significantly lower than those of the control group(41.63±2.76)and(39.87±3.05)(P<0.05);Both the control group and the control group had different degrees of complications during the nursing process.Among them,2 patients in the observation group had complications,the incidence was 6.67%,while the control group had 8 patients who had complications,the incidence was 26.67%.The former was significantly lower than the latter(P<0.05);and after a comparative analysis of the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients,it was found that a total of 29 patients in the observation group were satisfied with the nursing service,with a total satisfaction of 96.67%,while only 24 patients in the control group were satisfied,with a total satisfaction rate of 80.00%.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group with a large difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing of patients after fracture surgery,the application of traditional Chinese m
