摘要
目的探讨急诊创伤性骨折患者应用疼痛护理对康复效果的影响.方法该次研究选取该院急诊科2018年3月—2020年3月收治的74例创伤性骨折患者为研究对象,经系统抽样法随机分组,37例对照组患者行常规急诊护理,37例观察组患者再加强疼痛护理,对比两组患者护理及康复效果.结果观察组比对照组VAS疼痛评分、SAS焦虑评分、PRCA-24恐惧评分低,有效急救时间及骨折愈合时间短,手术耐受优良率高(分别为97.30%和83.78%)、护理满意度高(分别为97.30%和81.08%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论急诊创伤性骨折患者应用疼痛护理效果良好,不仅能减轻痛感,还有助于提升康复效果,改善护理满意度,值得大力推广应用.
Objective To explore the effect of pain nursing on rehabilitation of patients with traumatic fracture.Methods In this study,74 patients with traumatic fracture admitted to the emergency department of the hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided by systematic sampling method.37 patients in the control group received routine emergency care,37 patients in the observation group strengthened pain nursing,and compared the nursing and rehabilitation effects of the two groups.Results The observation group had lower VAS pain scores,SAS anxiety scores,and PRCA-24 fear scores than the control group.The effective first aid time and fracture healing time were short.The excellent rate of surgical tolerance was 97.30%and 83.78%,respectively,and the nursing satisfaction was higher(97.30%and 81.08%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pain nursing in patients with emergency traumatic fracture has a good effect.It can not only reduce the pain,but also improve the rehabilitation effect and the nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of popularizing.
