摘要
目的观察膝关节置换术后应用中西医结合护理模式对患者膝关节疼痛及功能恢复的影响。方法选取86例行人工全膝关节置换术的患者,按手术顺序将其分为观察组和对照组,各43例。观察组术后给予中西医结合护理模式护理,对照组术后给予常规护理模式护理,在护理第7天、第14天后对比分析2组的膝关节疼痛评分(VAS)、膝关节AKSS评分以及膝关节屈伸活动度。结果2组术后护理第7天、第14天的膝关节疼痛VAS评分均较术前明显降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后护理第7天、第14天的AKSS评分均高于对照组,膝关节屈伸活动度也大于对照组,均具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理模式相比,中西医结合护理模式能加快患者膝关节功能及屈伸活动度的恢复,减轻患者的疼痛,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To observe the effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing mode on knee joint pain and functional recovery after knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty were selected and divided into observation group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases).The observation group was given the nursing mode of integrated Chinese and Western medicine after operation,and the control group was given routine nursing mode nursing.The knee joint pain score(VAS),knee AKSS score and knee flexion and extension activity were compared between the two groups after the 7th and 14th day of nursing.Results The VAS scores of knee joint pain on the 7th and 14th day after operation were significantly lower than those before operation,and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The AKSS scores of the observation group on the 7th and 14th day after surgery were higher than those of the control group,and the knee flexion and extension activity was also greater than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing mode,the integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing mode can accelerate the recovery of knee joint function and flexion and extension activity,reduce the pain of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
