上海金山区朱泾镇社区学龄前儿童屈光状态及与视屏时间的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:调查学龄前儿童屈光发育现状,探讨屈光情况与视屏时间的相关性,为开展学龄前儿童眼睛保健提供参考。方法:采用随机整群抽样法抽取朱泾镇3所幼儿园的1276名学龄前儿童作为研究对象,年龄3~7岁,其中男童660名,女童616名。调查儿童基本信息和视屏时间,使用美国伟伦双目视力筛查仪检测眼睛的屈光参数,分析屈光情况和视屏时间的相关性。结果:朱泾镇学龄前儿童的屈光低常、近视、远视、散光和屈光参差的检出率分别为12.6%、1.6%、1.7%、2.7%和5.3%。4~5岁和6~7岁组的视力低常检出率较高(P<0.05)。3~4岁组的散光检出率较高(P<0.05)。男童视力好于女童。随着年龄增长,视力、柱镜逐渐增加(均P<0.05),球镜逐渐下降(P<0.05)。每日≥60 min视屏时间组视力低常、近视、散光的检出率均高于每日<60 min组。视屏时间与视力呈负相关,与球镜参差呈正相关。结论:过长视屏时间增加学龄前儿童视力低常、近视、散光的风险,减少学龄前儿童视屏时间,能有效促进儿童视力健康。 Objective:To investigate the present situation of refractive development of preschool children,and to discuss the correlation between refraction and screen time,so as to provide reference for eye care of preschool children.Methods:A total of 1276 preschool children aged 3-7 years from 3 kindergartens in Zhujing Community were selected as the research objects by random cluster sampling,including 660 boys and 616 girls.The basic information and screen time of children were investigated,the refractive parameters of eyes were measured with the Welch Allyn binocular vision screening device to analyze the correlation between refraction and screen time.Results:Detection rates of low refraction,myopia,hyperopia,astigmatism and anisometropia were 12.6%,1.6%,1.7%,2.7%and 5.3%,respectively.Detection rate of subnormal vision was higher in 4-5 years old and 6-7 years old groups(P<0.05).The detection rate of astigmatism was higher in 3-4 years old group(P<0.05).Boys had better vision than girls(P<0.05).With the increase of age,vision,and column lens increased(all P<0.05),spherical mirror decreased(all P<0.05).The detective rates of subnormal vision,myopia and astigmatism of≥60 minutes per day group were higher than those of<60 minutes per day group.Screen time was negatively correlated with vision and positively correlated with difference of spheric mirror stagger.Conclusion:Long screen time increases the risk of low refraction,myopia and astigmatism in preschool children,and reduction of screen time of preschool children can effectively promote children’s vision health.
