摘要
目的了解无锡市梁溪区托幼机构3~6岁儿童视力异常状况,为制定儿童保健措施提供科学依据。方法采用伟伦Suresight手持式视力筛查仪对全区22675名儿童进行视力筛查。结果22675名学龄前儿童视力筛查异常率11.3%。3~6岁幼儿随着年龄增长,视力筛查异常率增高(χ^2趋势=62.561,P<0.01)。公办园与民办园视力筛查异常检出情况差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.686,P<0.01)。随着教育类别增高视力筛查异常检出率呈现增加的趋势(χ^2趋势=25.636,P<0.01)。结论学龄前儿童视力异常现状严峻。儿童视力异常检出率在不同年龄、不同性质和教育类别幼儿园有差异,提示儿童视力保健工作与家庭息息相关。重视视力筛查工作,实施眼保健,家长配合落实防控措施是促进儿童视力健康发展的关键。
Objective To provide a scientific evidence for the development of children’s eye health measures in kindergartens in Liangxi District of Wuxi.Methods 22675 kindergarten children,age from 3 to 6 years,received quickly check by American Weilun vision screening instrument.Results The poor vision rate was 11.30%in 22675 preschool children.Along with the age increase,the abnormal vision detection rate had a tendency to rise(χ^2趋势=62.561,P<0.01).There was statistically significant difference in the abnormal detection between public and private kindergartens(χ^2=12.686,P<0.01).The detection rate of abnormal vision was increased with the growth of educational category(χ^2趋势=25.636,P<0.01).Conclusions The abnormal visual acuity of preschoolers was serious.There was statistically significant difference in the abnormal detection of different age,grade and educational category of kindergarten.The study results suggest that the vision health keep in close contact with family.It is the key to promote the healthy development of children’s vision to attach importance to vision screening,implement eye care and parents’cooperation to implement prevention and control measures.
