摘要
为处理不同类型的土压盾构渣土和泥水盾构泥浆,解决当前盾构渣土资源化设备集成化程度低的问题,确保施工现场的盾构渣土源头处理,实现“零排放”;以深圳地铁13号线北延下村站盾构隧道工程为背景,研究不同形态的盾构渣土资源化处理工艺,集成泥浆旋流、振动筛分、压滤、洗砂、制砖和中央集中控制的成套系统装备,对不同形态的盾构渣土进行分类处理,并在深圳地铁13号线北延下村站盾构渣土处理工程中成功应用;满足不同形态的盾构渣土资源化处理,粗、细骨料含泥量、含水率达到资源化利用指标;压滤出的泥饼通过光波制砖,真正实现从渣土到建材的一站式处理,在盾构施工现场整个渣土资源化处理形成闭环。
In order to deal with different types of EPB shield waste residue and slurry shield mud,solve the issue of low integration of current shield waste residue recycling equipment,ensure the source treatment of shield waste residue at the construction site,and achieve"zero-discharge",taking the shield tunnel project of Xiacun station in the north extension of Shenzhen metro line 13 as the background,study the recycling treatment process of different forms of shield waste residue,integrate the complete set of systems and equipment of slurry swirling flow,vibration screening,filter pressing,sand washing,brick making and central centralized control,classify and treat different forms of shield waste residue,and successfully apply them in the shield waste residue treatment project of Xiacun station in the north extension of Shenzhen metro line 13,meeting the requirements of resource treatment of different forms of shield waste residue,and the mud content and water content of coarse and fine aggregates reach the resource utilization index,the filtered mud cake is made of light wave bricks to truly realize onestop treatment from residue to building materials,forming a closed loop for the whole residue recycling treatment at the shield construction site.
