摘要
土压平衡盾构渣土颗粒细小、含水率高,处治不当容易造成环境污染和安全隐患,研究其无害化处理与资源化利用具有重大的实际意义,而对土压平衡盾构渣土物理特性的分析是后续工作的基础。本文基于取样实验,得到了典型土压平衡盾构渣土的表观密度、含水率以及粒径分布等数据,并据此分析了各主要物理参数的分布范围、影响因素以及相关关系。结合土压平衡盾构渣土自身的物理特性,对无害化处理技术以及资源化利用方式作了进一步展望。所得结论将为土压平衡盾构渣土处治技术的研究与实践提供一定的参考。
Tunnel debris produced by earth pressure balance shield tunneling consists of very fine particles with high moisture content.The debris without proper treatment is harmful to environment and might induce safety hazard.It is significant to carry out harmless treatment and resource utilization of the debris.The physical property analysis of the debris is the basis of the following work.Based on the laboratory test,bulk density,moisture content and particle size distribution of typical debris from earth pressure balance shield tunneling were obtained.The value ranges,influencing factors and the relationships among the main physical parameters were analyzed.Considering the physical properties of debris produced by earth pressure balance shield tunneling,the harmless treatment technique and the resource utilization methods were discussed.The results could be referred for further study and treatment practice.
