深圳市盾构渣土现场处理现状及改进建议 被引量:15

摘要 为掌握深圳市盾构渣土现场处置工艺及其运营实效,以深圳市地铁6号、12号、13号和16号线的4个盾构渣土处理现场为研究对象进行问卷调查、专家访谈和实地调研,分析了现场处置工艺情况、资源化产品和工艺特色等情况,归纳了现有工艺存在的问题.研究表明,现场处理工艺基本可行,实现了盾构渣土减量化、部分资源化和泥饼含水率(水的质量分数)低于40%的目标,但存在工艺效率偏低、处理设备适应性弱、砂土含泥量较大和设备集成化和智能化程度低等问题.针对这些问题,从改进设备性能、优化工艺流程、提高集成化及智能化程度等方面提出了改善措施和建议,为深圳市以及粤港澳大湾区其他城市的地铁盾构渣土的高效处置提供一种较为经济可行的处置方案. In order to grasp the disposal technology of shield waste onsite treatment and the operational effectiveness in Shenzhen, we carry out a questionnaire survey, expert interviews and field investigations on 4 shield waste disposal sites of Shenzhen Metro Lines 6, 12, 13 and 16. We analyze in detail the onsite treatment process, resource-recycling products and process characteristics, summarize and sort out the main problems in the existing onsite treatment process. The results show that the existing onsite treatment process is basically feasible, and the targets of reducing the amount of shield waste, partially recycling and moisture content of mud cake less than 40% have been realized.However, some problems are also found, such as low treatment process efficiency, weak adaptability of treatment equipment, high silt content in recycled sand, and low integration and intelligence of equipment. In order to provide a more economical and feasible treatment scheme for the efficient disposal of shield waste in Shenzhen and other cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, some improvement measures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of equipment performance improvement, treatment process optimization, integration and intellectualization.
