摘要
在介绍目前地下盾构过程中泡沫剂的组成和使用原理的基础上,分析了泡沫剂的特性和作用以及泡沫剂加注系统,并通过模拟实验研究了泡沫剂浓度和工作压力对刀盘刀齿耐磨性的影响,最后介绍了在广州地铁施工现场中实测的泡沫剂使用效果。结果表明:在地下盾构过程中使用一定浓度、压力和流量的泡沫剂可以降低刀盘扭矩,减少刀具磨损,并达到提高掘进和出土效率的目的。
The composition and application theory of bubble bath during tunnel boring are introduced, and the properties and effects of it are analyzed also. The simulation experiments have been done to study the effect of concentration and working pressure on the tool wear. The employment of bubble bath in Guangzhou underground construction has presented at last. The results prove that the babble bath of certain concentration, pressure and flux will fall down the tool torque and the tool wear, moreover improve the boring efficiency.
