盾构隧道渣土与泥浆的分类与处理利用技术及主要问题 被引量:23

摘要 介绍盾构隧道渣土与泥浆的发生、来源分类和性质分类,通过使用级配、含水比、贯入指数、无侧限抗压强度及加州承载比值(CBR)等5项指标,对渣土与泥浆进行分类,并对改良后的土体进行性质评价。总结出盾构渣土与泥浆4个方面的处理技术,分别为简单筛选、直接利用技术,土性改良利用技术,脱水利用技术及烧结处理利用技术。针对盾构渣土与泥浆的处置与利用,结合日本相关的实际工程经验,指出4种最常用的资源化利用方向,即回填土利用、充填土利用、堤防利用、路基利用。通过列举几个渣土与泥浆处理及利用技术的实例,证明对渣土资源化利用具有可观的经济效益。对盾构隧道渣土与泥浆的处理及利用存在的问题进行分析及总结,以期为盾构隧道渣土与泥浆绿色可持续利用提供一定参考。 As the scale of shield tunnel construction in China increases year by year,a large amount of abandoned soil and slurry is produced continuously.The treatment and disposal of these tunnel abandoned soil and slurry have a certain impact on the urban environment and economic development.Therefore,it is necessary to summarize the treatment and utilization technology and the existing problems of the abandoned soil and slurry.The current situation of the abandoned soil and slurry treatment and utilization in China are analyzed and summarized.The abandoned soil and slurry is classified according to five indexes including gradation,water content ratio,penetration index,unconfined compressive strength,and California bearing ratio,and the properties of improved soil are evaluated.The treatment techniques for abandoned soil and slurry are summarized as simple screening,direct utilization,soil improvement,dehydration,and firing.Additionally,four resource utilization directions are pointed out as back filled soil,filled soil,embankment,and subgrade based on relevant applicable experience in Japan.The economic benefits of resource utilization of abandoned soil and slurry are considerable according to cases study.Finally,the existing problems of the treatment and disposal of abandoned soil and slurry are analyzed and summarized.The results obtained can provide references for green and sustainable utilization of abandoned soil and slurry.
