摘要
采用微波技术烧成拜耳法赤泥-渣土陶粒,研究了拜耳法赤泥掺量、烧成温度、保温时间对陶粒吸水率、孔隙率、表观密度的影响,并采用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微(SEM)表征其微观结构。结果表明,拜耳法赤泥掺量为20%,烧成温度为1100℃,保温时间为15 min,制备的陶粒性能较好,1 h吸水率为0.25%,孔隙率为0.26%,表观密度为2.06 g/cm^(3);陶粒中形成了赤铁矿、中长石、拉长石、钠长石物相。本研究为拜耳法赤泥和渣土的大规模利用及微波烧成技术制备陶粒提供了参考。
The Bayer red mud-muck ceramsites were sintered under microwave heating,the effects of red mud dosage,sintering temperature and holding time on the water absorption,porosity and apparent density of ceramsites were studied.X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD)and scanning electron microscope analysis(SEM)were used to characterize the ceramsites.Results show that the ceramsites with 20%Bayer red mud,sintered at 1100℃for 15 min have good properties,the 1 h water absorption is 0.25%,the porosity is 0.26%and the apparent density is 2.06 g/cm^(3).The hematite,meso-feldspar,labradorite and sodium feldspar phases are formed in the ceramsites.This research will provide the reference for the large-scale utilization of Bayer red mud and muck as well as the preparation of ceramsites by microwave sintering technology.
