摘要
我国已经成国际上最大的盾构生产基地和市场,预计未来10年内盾构市场需求累计会突破万台。这么大量的需求,完全靠新盾构机供给,不仅制造速度难以满足,也会造成极高的设备闲置和产能浪费,旧盾构机再利用越来越受到重视,应用也越来越普遍。但因旧盾构再利用设备老化、维修保养不当、零部件损坏等原因,发生过不少的工程事故,严重的需要中途解体吊出的事故时有发生。从旧盾构再利用适应性及可靠性评审开始,强调对旧盾构机主轴承、刀盘、螺旋机维修使用前的管理,重点阐述如何看待旧盾构机主轴承寿命问题,以实际案例对比新旧盾构工效情况,为以后旧盾构的使用验收提供借鉴。
China has become the world’s largest TBM production base and market.It is expected that the market demand for TBM will exceed million units in the next ten years.Such a large amount of demand,completely dependent on the new TBM supply,not only manufacturing speed is difficult to meet,but also cause high equipment idle and productive capacity waste.The reusing of the old TBM is paid more and more attention,and its application is more and more common.However,due to the aging of the old shield equipment,improper maintenance,parts damage and other reasons,there have been a lot of engineering accidents,serious need to break up the accident occurred from time to time.In order to control the mechanical risk happen,scientific examination,system repair,comprehensive acceptance is needed.This paper shows the formality of repair the TBM.
