摘要
目的:分析奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗小儿胃食管反流的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年2月泸州市妇幼保健院收治的胃食管反流患儿94例为观察对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各47例。对照组采取奥美拉唑治疗,观察组采取奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗,比较两组患儿临床效果、生活质量、不良反应发生率、胃动素及胃泌素水平。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者胃动素水平均升高,胃泌素水平均降低,观察组胃动素水平、胃泌素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗小儿胃食管反流效果显著,可以改善患儿胃动素及胃泌素水平,提升患儿生活质量,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with domperidone in the treatment of pediatric gastroesophageal reflux.Methods:94 cases of children with gastroesophageal reflux admitted to Luzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected as observation subjects and were divided into control group and observation group based on the random number table method,with 47 cases each.The control group was treated with omeprazole and the observation group was treated with omeprazole combined with domperidone.The clinical results,quality of life,incidence of adverse reactions,gastrin and gastrin levels of the children in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physiological function,physical function,somatic pain,general health status,energy,social function,emotional function,and mental health scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of gastrin increased and the level of gastrin decreased in both groups,and the level of gastrin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the level of gastrin was highter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Omeprazole combined with domperidone is effective in treating pediatric gastroesophageal reflux,improving gastrin and gastrin levels,improving the quality of life of children,and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.
