摘要
由于石墨矿物成分复杂,稳定碳含量低,且多种影响元素长期共存,近年来测量方法虽多,但整个过程复杂,结论不确定。因此,主要探索了晶质石墨矿中固定碳、碳酸盐和有机碳的组成和特征,并通过对试样的前期预处理、酸度选择、温度设定、滴定时间和干扰的消除等项目,开展了条件实验。测试结果显示,对试样先进行硝酸处理、低温灼烧,并加入了KMnO_(4)、AlCl_(3)和浓H_(2)SO_(4)后的消除干扰装置,能够高效消除在滴定过程中的各种影响因素,从而大幅提高了实验结果的稳定性和测试效果。该方法用稳定的碳标准物质进行检验,结论与标准差一致,且精密度较好,相对标准偏差<3.08%,平均回收率在98.2%~102.6%,较适合于基层实验室中对低含量固定碳的批量分析测试。
Due to the complex composition of graphite mineral,low stable carbon content,and long-term coexistence of various influencing elements,although there are many measurement methods in recent years,the whole process is complex and the conclusion is uncertain.Therefore,this paper mainly explored the composition and characteristics of fixed carbon,carbonate and organic carbon in crystalline graphite ore,and carried out conditional experiments through the preliminary pretreatment of samples,acidity selection,temperature setting,titration time and elimination of interference.The test results show that the interference elimination device after the sample is first treated with nitric acid,burned at low temperature,and added with KMnO_(4),AlCI_(3) and concentrated H_(2)SO_(4) can effectively eliminate various influencing factors in the titration process,thus greatly improving the stability of the test results and the test effect.The method is tested with stable carbon reference materials.The conclusion is consistent with the standard deviation,and the precision is good.The relative standard deviation is less than 3.08%,and the average recovery is 98.2%~102.6%.It is more suitable for the batch analysis and test of low content fixed carbon in the basic level laboratory.
