摘要
为了更好地提高石墨的品位,研究石墨浮选中阴离子捕收剂的作用机理,本文以十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为捕收剂用于石墨浮选提纯试验。试验选用黑龙江萝北某厂生产的石墨精矿为原料,确定了十二烷基苯磺酸钠的最佳用量,并考察了不同的酸碱环境对石墨浮选的影响。试验结果表明,十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为捕收剂用量为30mg进行浮选试验时可使石墨的固定碳含量由92.94%提高到94.09%;而且在p H=5时,石墨产品的固定碳含量94.07%,产率为75.12%。
In order to obtain a higher grade of graphite and study the mechanism of the graphite flotation with anionic collectors, this work presents a flotation with sodium sedecyl benzene sulfonate as collectors to purify the graphite. The experimental samples were concentrate graphite from a plant of Luobei, Heilongjiang Province; a proper collector amount was estimated after serials of experiments, and the graphite flotation effect was attained with different acid-base environment. The results showed that the fixed carbon content can be improved from 92.94% to 94.09% when the amount of sodium sedecyl benzene sulfonate was 30 mg to float, and p H =5, the fixed carbon content and the rate was 94.07% and 75.12% respectively.
