摘要 分别由两种不同种类的胶粘剂制取复合胶粘剂,并由该复合胶粘剂制取型焦,根据型焦的各项性能优选复合胶粘剂。实验结果表明,优选的复合胶粘剂是由无机水玻璃和有机聚乙烯醇(PVA)混合而成;当W(复合胶粘剂)=13%时,型焦的各项性能达到最佳值,其冷热强度分别为4.98 MPa和2.55 MPa,固定碳含量为76.42%。 The formed coke was prepared by compound adhesive which was respectively made up of two kinds of different adhesives, and the compound adhesive was preferred according to every performance of formed coke. The experiment results showed that optimal compound adhesive was made up of mixture between inorganic soluble glass and organic polyvinyl alcohol(PVA), the every performances of formed coke were optimum when mass fraction of compound adhesive was 13%, so the cold strength and heat strength were 4.9g MPa and 2.55 MPa respectively, and the fixed carbon value was 76.42%.
