摘要
教师职业发展是推进职业本科教育高质量发展的重要抓手。职业本科院校设置指标的规定、推进职业教育高质量发展和加强职业本科院校内涵建设,是教师职业发展的外部动因;教师是自身职业发展的决定性因素,是教师职业发展的根本动因。为此,实现教师职业发展需要建立和完善教师培育机制、激励机制、政策保障机制和评价机制。
Teacher career development is an important grip to promote the high-quality development of undergraduate-level vocational education.The external motivation for teachers'prfessional development is to set indicators for vocational colleges,promote the high-quality development of vocational education,and strengthen the connotation construction of undergraduate-level vocational colleges.Teachers are the decisive factor that affects their own career development,and the fundamental motivation for teachers career development.Therefore,to realize the professional development of teachers,it is necessary to establish and improve the teacher cultivation mechanism,incentive mechanism,policy guarantee mechanism,and evaluation mechanism.
