摘要
随着我国社会的发展和经济转型的步伐推进,职业本科院校需要顺应时势,以国家战略发展为基础,以市场为导向,才能培养出适合新时代要求的高素质职业人才。而培养高素质职业人才的前提是专业师资队伍的构建,注重增强教师队伍的理论知识素养和专业实践技能,鼓励教师走出校门,积极参与相关企业工作实践,将理论与实践互相印证,彼此促进,构建理论素养高、专业实践技能强的教师队伍。从我国职业本科院校教师的专业建设现状着手,分析其中存在的问题,主要表现在专业知识体系更新不及时、参加专业实践不够、没有关注行业企业的最新动态、参加的专业培训不够、教学评估和晋升机制不完善等方面,并从以上几个方面提出了改进措施,以期为我国职业本科院校教师专业能力提升提供参考和借鉴。
With the development of our society and the pace of economic transformation,vocational colleges and universities need to adapt to the current situation,taking national strategic development as the basis and the market as the guide,so as to cultivate high-quality vocational talents suitable for the requirements of the new era.The premise of cultivating high-quality professional talents is the construction of professional teachers’team.The theoretical knowledge and professional practical skills of teachers should be enhanced,and teachers should be encouraged to go out of school and actively participate in the practice of relevant enterprises,confirm and promote theory and practice,and build a teachers’team with high theoretical literacy and strong professional practical skills.This paper starts with the current situation of professional construction of teachers in vocational colleges and universities in China,analyzes the existing problems,which are mainly manifested in the delayed updating of professional knowledge system,insufficient participation in professional practice,failure in following the latest trends of industry and enterprises,insufficient professional training,imperfect teaching evaluation and promotion mechanism,and puts forward improvement measures from the above aspects,so as to provide reference for the improvement of teachers’professional ability in vocational colleges and universities in China.
