摘要
以某型液压缸为研究对象,通过理论计算和仿真分析得出缸筒应力状态和疲劳寿命。针对缸筒存在的问题,进行结构优化设计。最后通过仿真分析和现场试验验证的方法证明优化方案有效,解决了缸筒疲劳寿命低的问题。
Taking a certain type of hydraulic cylider as the research object,the stress state and the fatigue life of the cylinder tube were carried out by theoretical calculation and simulation analysis.Optimize designed the cylinder structure to solve the existing problems of the cylinder tube.Finally,proved that the optimization scheme is effective by simulation analysis and field experiment.The problem of low fatigue life of cylinder tube was solved.
