摘要
高度为24 m和负载2 700 kg的双立柱巷道堆垛机的结构振动特性是该产品可靠性设计的关键因素,研究分析堆垛机的工况载荷结构受力和模态特性以验证其是否符合强度和振动要求。基于结构模态振动理论和有限元方法,运用耦合自由度方法对各零件结合面进行连接处理和施加工况边界条件,建立了超高双立柱堆垛机的真实复杂动力学分析有限元模型。在此基础上,计算了堆垛机结构的最大变形量和最大应力值,前10阶预应力模态频率和振型。分析了堆垛机的工况载荷结构强度,预应力模态振动特性和结构的振动不稳定情况。计算结果表明超高巷道堆垛机在工况载荷下具有很好的结构强度和较大的模态振动位移等特性,为以整机系统振动为目标的超高巷道堆垛机动态设计改进以及避免结构的共振提供理论指导和参考数据。
Structural vibration characteristics of ultra-high double mast storage machine,which is height of 24 m and load 2 700 kg,is key factor in the reliability of product design.The aim of research on loads on the structure of the force and modal characteristics to is to verify whether they meet the strength and vibration requirement.We built real and complex dynamics analysis finite element model of ultra-high double mast storage machine by applying coupled degrees of freedom method to the joint surface of each part and construction status of the boundary condition based on structural modal vibration theory and finite element method.On this basis,the maximum deformation and the maximum stress of the stacker structure,and the first ten pre-stressed model frequencies and mode shapers were calculated.Then,the stacker loads on the structural strength,pre-stressed modal vibration characteristics and instability of the structural vibration were analyzed.The results showed that ultra-high double mast storage machine was in good structural strength and larger modal vibration displacement characteristics of load cases,which could provide a theoretical guide and reference data to dynamic design improvement,avoid the resonance of the structure of ultra-high vibration double mast storage machine which aim the vibration of the whole system.
