摘要
主轴动态特性直接影响机床的加工精度和精度稳定性。借助有限元分析软件ANSYS,对SCK230螺纹数控修复车床的主轴进行动力学分析,并进一步对主轴的动态特性进行优化计算,最后通过动力学分析获得在合理范围内主轴的最优跨距,为机床主轴的设计改进提供了重要依据。
The dynamic and static characteristics of the spindle directly influences the processing accuracy and stability of lathe.This paper made the dynamic analysis for the spindle of the SCK230 thread repair CNC lathe by ANSYS,made the further optimal calculation of the dynamic and static characteristics of the spindle,and finally obtained the optimal span of the spindle in the reasonable range by dynamic analysis.This work may provide a theoretical basis for the design and improvement of the spindle of the machine tool.
