摘要
在数控主轴系统的开发研究中,利用Solidedge和ADAMS对主轴系统进行了几何建模和动力学仿真。通过正弦扫频,预测主轴系统的动态响应,将其与试验值相比较,基本吻合,说明了使用柔性体进行系统动力学仿真可以反映在车削过程中主轴系统的运动特性,实现了在虚拟环境中完成主轴系统的可行性研究和设计,提高了设计质量。
In the CNC spindle system development study, the use of Sohdedge and ADAMS geometry of the spindle system modeling and dynamic simulation. Sine sweep through the forecast spindle system dynamic response will be compared with experimental values, the basic match, shows a systematic use of flexible body dynamics simulation can be reflected in the process of spindle turning motion characteristics, the system to achieve in a virtual environment spindle system to complete the feasibility study and design, improve design quality.
