摘要
针对挖掘机工作时挖斗在典型工况下的受力问题,基于ANSYS Workbench软件对挖斗斗齿不同载荷工况下的应力与变形进行了有限元模拟。结果表明:与齿端受力相比,上、下齿面受力且载荷偏置时更易导致挖斗产生大的应力与变形;相同外载荷下挖斗下齿面对外载荷更为敏感,且挖斗最大应力与变形多位于边齿;随着外力增大,挖斗应力与变形呈近线性增大趋势,且偏载时增长速率更为明显;斗齿下齿面受力且载荷偏置易导致挖斗边齿早期损坏与失效。
Aiming at the force problem of bucket under typical working conditions,the stress and deformation of bucket teeth under different load conditions were simulated by finite element based on ANSYS Workbench.The results show that compared with the force on the tooth end,the force exerted on the upper and lower tooth surfaces and the load bias are more likely to lead to large stress and deformation of the bucket.Under the same external load,the lower teeth of the bucket are more sensitive to the external load,and the maximum stress and deformation of the bucket are mostly located on the side teeth.With the increase of external force,the stress and deformation of the bucket show a nearly linear increase trend,and the increase rate is more obvious under eccentric load.The lower tooth surfaces of the bucket teeth being forced and the eccentric load are easy to lead to early damage and failure of the bucket side teeth.
