摘要
[目的 /意义]智库在中非关系中扮演着重要角色。中非智库交流与合作顺应全球智库发展的新形势,契合共建“一带一路”的新需求,能够有效提升中非合作的话语权和影响力。研究和探索中非智库合作的现状与未来路径,具有战略意义与现实价值。[方法 /过程]本文分析了近年来中非智库合作交流的现状,呈现机制不断完善、双方初步形成共识性概念话语、在参与重塑全球思想价值链中发挥积极作用等特点。针对现状存在的不足,本文对加强中非智库合作提出了建议。[结果 /结论 ]面向中非合作2035愿景,中非智库可通过设置合作发展新议题、建立中非发展知识新体系、探索数字赋能发展新路径、提升智库自主创新能力等,进一步扩大规模、拓展范围、创新路径、提升成效,为深化中非关系提供更有力的智力支持。
[Purpose/significance]Think tanks play an important role in China-Africa relations.The exchange and cooperation of China-Africa think tanks is in line with the new situation of global think tank development and the new needs of China-Africa development,which can effectively enhance the discourse and influence of China-Africa cooperation.It is of strategic significance and practical value to study and explore the current situation and future path of China-Africa think tank cooperation.[Method/process]This paper analyzes the current situation of China-Africa think tank cooperation and exchange in recent years,showing the characteristics of continuous improvement of the mechanism,increased efforts to influence policies and public opinion by the results,initial formation of a consensus conceptual discourse between the two sides,and an active role in participating in reshaping the global value chain of ideas.In view of the existing shortcomings,this paper puts forward some suggestions for strengthening China-Africa think tank cooperation.[Result/conclusion]Facing the 2035 vision of China-Africa cooperation,China-Africa think tanks can provide stronger intellectual support for advancing China-Africa relations and deepening China-Africa friendship by setting new topics for cooperation and development,establishing a new knowledge system for China-Africa development,jointly exploring digital development,and enhancing the independent innovation capacity of think tanks,in order to further expand the scale,expand the scope,innovate the path,and enhance the effectiveness.
