摘要
[目的/意义]中非经贸合作是中非交往过程中的重要议题,对非洲智库对中非经贸合作的相关观点进行深入分析,可为加强中非经贸合作提供智力支持。[方法/过程]选取10家非洲智库的19篇代表性文献作为研究样本,利用文献分析法,分析非洲智库对中非经贸合作的认知及特点。[结果/结论]研究发现,非洲智库学者在中国发展变革、中美战略博弈、国际多边主义格局等方面建构中非经贸合作议题,普遍认同中非经贸合作带来的利益,但也认为中非经贸合作对非洲产生一定的负面影响。非洲智库的认知受非洲经济、政治、社会等因素影响,我国应进一步增进中非政治互信,完善对非话语权体系,并在蓝色经济、数字经济等领域深化中非务实合作。
[Purpose/significance]China-Africa economic and trade cooperation is an important topic in the process of engagement between China and Africa.Conducting an in-depth analysis of African think tanks’perspectives on China-Africa economic and trade cooperation can provide intellectual support for strengthening such cooperation.[Method/process]This paper selects 19 representative literatures from 10 African think tanks as samples,and uses literature analysis method to analyze the cognition and characteristics of African think tanks on China-Africa economic and trade cooperation.[Result/conclusion]The research findings reveal that African think tank scholars construct the agenda of China-Africa economic and trade cooperation in areas such as China’s development and transformation,Sino-US strategic competition,international multilateralism and other aspects,and generally agree on the benefits of China-Africa economic and trade cooperation,but also acknowledge that China-Africa economic and trade cooperation has a certain negative impact on Africa.The perceptions of African think tanks are affected by various factors,including African economic,political and society.China should further enhance political mutual trust with African countries,improve the system of discourse right to Africa,and deepen China-Africa practical cooperation in areas such as blue economy and digital economy.
