摘要
目的通过知识图谱分析整理肌筋膜触发点在疼痛康复中的相关研究文献,总结1978-2021年国内该领域研究的现状、热点及前沿方向。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库中关于肌筋膜触发点临床治疗的相关文献,经Refworks格式转换后,利用CiteSpace 5.7.R2软件进行知识图谱构建,分别绘制肌筋膜触发点相关文献的合作机构、合作者、关键词共现以及聚类,分析文献关键词突现和热点视图。结果排除重复、英文文献、动物实验、个案报道、会议纪要、学位论文、报纸、专家共识及指南等,最终纳入文献共651篇。本研究领域自2010年后发文量呈显著上升趋势,平均每年发文量为73篇。研究学者496位,以黄强民团队为代表;研究机构354所,以上海体育学院为代表;关键词541个,频次最高的为激痛点、肌筋膜疼痛综合征、针刺、肌筋膜触发点、扳机点、疼痛等;聚类显示本领域临床研究受到越来越多的关注。结论国内肌筋膜触发点的研究正处于蓬勃发展的时期,肌筋膜触发点在疼痛康复中的应用主要集中于运动损伤康复以及不同原因造成的肌肉骨骼等以软组织疼痛康复为主的疾病治疗。干针刺是临床灭活肌筋膜触发点治疗疼痛的重要治疗手段,同时,中西医结合的方法在肌筋膜触发点缓解骨肌疾病疼痛康复方面显示出新的研究热势。
Objective To analyze and sort out the relevant research literature of myofascial trigger points in pain rehabilitation through knowledge map,and summarize the current situation,hot spots and cutting-edge directions of domestic research in this field in China from 1978 to 2021.Methods The relevant literature on the clinical treatment of myofascial trigger points was retrieved in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database.After the format conversion by Refworks,the knowledge map was constructed by using CiteSpace 5.7.R2 software.Maps were drawn in terms of the cooperative institutions,collaborators,keyword co-occurrence and cluster in the relevant literatures of myofascial trigger points respectively,and the keyword emergence and hotspot views in the literature were analyzed.Results After excluding repetition,English literature,animal experiments,case reports,meeting minutes,dissertations,newspapers,expert consensus and guidelines,651 pieces of literature were finally included.The number of papers published in this research field had seen a significant increase trend since 2010,with an average of 73 papers published every year.There were 496 research scholars involved,represented by Huang Qiangmin’s team,and 354 research institutions,represented by Shanghai University of Sport.There were 541 keywords involved,and the most frequent ones were irritative painful points,myofascial pain syndrome,needling,myofascial trigger points,trigger points,pain,etc.Cluster analysis showed that clinical study in this field had attracted more and more attention.Conclusion The research on myofascial trigger points in China is in a period of vigorous development.The application of myofascial trigger points in pain rehabilitation mainly focuses on the rehabilitation of sports injuries and musculoskeletal diseases caused by different reasons,with soft tissue pain rehabilitation as the treatment focus.Dry needling is an important method to inactivate myofascial trigger points in the treatment of pain in clinic.At the same
