摘要
目的通过对中医外治法在治疗皮肤病中应用的文献进行分析,对外治法未来的发展方向进行预测,为后续研究者提供该领域的发展现状参考,并提示将来可能研究热点。方法以“皮肤病”“中医外治法”为主题词应用中国知网(CNKI)数据库检索2000-01-01-2020-12-31论文文献,采用CNKI自带可视分析工具,对主题词、来源学科、作者、机构、基金情况等进行文献计量学的分析。结果2000-2020年外治法治疗皮肤病的文献量平稳增加。关键词聚类分析获得5个相对集中的关键词:中医外治法、中医外治、临床疗效、外治法和临床观察。排名前3位的发文期刊为:中华中医药杂志、世界中西医结合杂志、世界中医药。被引用的参考文献最多者为《中药新药临床研究指导原则》和《临床皮肤病学》。共现网络图分析可见:大部分机构与作者均为独立完成,很少有大规模的交叉,机构及作者的合作性、联合性较差。结论该领域的研究方向受一定程度重视,但研究层次表浅,主要是临床研究、中医理论探讨,论文发表质量一般,基金支持力度有待进一步加强,高水平的机制探讨、安全评价相对不足,这两方面或许可以成为下一阶段的研究热点。
Objective By analyzing the literatures on the application of external treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the treatment of skin diseases,this study predicts the future development of external treatment,provides reference for the development status of this field for follow-up researchers,and suggests possible research hotspots in the future.Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database was applied to search for literatures from January 1,2000 to December 31,2020 on the topic of"Skin Disease"and"External Treatment of TCM".Visual analysis tools of CNKI were used to analyze keywords,subject sources,authors,institutions,funds and so on.Results Literatures on external treatment increased steadily from 2000 to 2020;Five comparatively concentrated keywords were summarized by keywords clustering analysis,including external treatment methods of TCM,clinical effects,external treatment,external therapy,clinical observation respectively;The journals ranking top 3 were China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy,World Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine,World Chinese Medicine;the most cited reference documentation are Guiding Principles of Clinical Research on New Chinese Medicine,Clinical Dermatology.According to the common network map analysis,most institutions and researchers finished their investigations alone with few large-scale crossover.Institutions and researchers lacked cooperation and coordination.Conclusions Researchers have paid attention to the research direction of this field but its research level is shallow mainly in the field of clinical researches,traditional Chinese medical science theoretical investigation,external treatment.Articles quality is low.Fund support is waiting to be strengthened.High-level mechanisms discussions and safety evaluation are rare and needed in the researches.The two aspects above are likely to be research hotspots in the next period.
