摘要
心血管疾病是2型糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因。研究表明,和普通患者相比,糖尿病患者肌肉质量降低更加严重。肌少症会引起体内一系列变化,其中包括内皮细胞的炎症反应和糖、脂代谢的异常,后两者为导致糖尿病心血管病变的主要病理学基础。本文就肌少症与糖尿病心血管病变的关系与影响机制做一综述。
Cardiovascular disease is a leading cause of death in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Studies have indicated that people with diabetes mellitus(DM)have more severe loss of muscle mass compared with general patients.Sarcopenia can cause a series of changes in body,including inflammatory response of endothelial cells and abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism,and the latter two being main pathological basis of diabetic cardiovascular disease.The present article makes a review on relationship between sarcopenia and diabetic cardiovascular disease and its influencing mechanism.
